FEATURES
Description:
Ideal for various adventure sports, the Epic is a verstile pack. This pack can work with dry bags between 30-70 L (not included). The dual aluminum stays are optional allowing for personal adjustment to meet the needs of each trip.
The Epic has already gathered some trail accomplishments. The earlier generation, Arctic 1000, was carried on a Backpackinglight grand adventure. Now the updated Epic is once again in Alaska with Andrew Skurka for portions of his 4600+ mile circumnavigation of AK.
The Epic offers a integrated solution for Packrafters. Packraft carry straps are designed into bottom panel.
We look forward to hearing about how you put this new addition to the ULA packline into use.

SIZING
To accurately measure your torso length for a correct pack fit, grab a buddy and follow the steps below...
1- Standing upright, tilt your chin to your chest. Locate the largest lump on the back of your neck. This is your #7 vertebrae. It should be located close to the base of your neck proper.
2- From the #7 vertebrae, measure (with the flexible tape) down the length and natural curvature of your spine to the crest of your hipbones (iliac crest). This measurement in inches is your torso length.
