For the most reliable service within the US, we recommend using FedEx. Priority and Express Mail claim 1 or 2 day delivery on the shipping site, but it isn’t guaranteed by the post office or by us and is highly unreliable. Like most everyone else, we print our shipping labels when we process the order, and you will get an email saying your order has shipped at that time. That does not necessarily mean your order has gone out the door, just that the label was created, and during busy periods it’s possible your order may not ship until the day after your label was created. If you for sure need your package to arrive by a certain day, please call, and we’ll do everything possible to get your order to you when you need it. Don’t assume that because you choose two-day shipping, it will arrive two days after you placed your order, that two-day shipping is from the time the package gets to FedEx or the Post Office and can be subject to delays.

Orders can be canceled at any time before they are shipped. As noted above, even though you received a shipping notice, it may still be in the shop, so if you need to cancel, give us a call, and if we still have it we can cancel the order for you.
