DESCRIPTION
The Robic Node is a compact yet fully featured pack designed for professionals and outdoor enthusiasts who demand high functionality in a minimal design. Its exterior includes pleated UltraStretch mesh side pockets and front kangaroo pocket that provide flexible, easy-access storage. Side and front pockets have laser cut drain ports to keep your gear dry. The roll-top closure secures your gear with a buckled compression strap and an integrated strap keeper to neatly stow excess strap length. The front zippered quick-access pocket not only features a zipper garage to protect your belongings and prevent snagging, but also includes a key lanyard on the inside. The Robic Node is compatible with the Packrat + Dragonfly Hipbelt for enhanced load support and comfort.
Inside, the Robic Node offers exceptional organization with three internal pocket sleeves: a static padded laptop sleeve, a main compartment sleeve made from durable 210D UltraGrid fabric, and a flexible UltraStretch mesh sleeve. Additional internal tabs allow for the attachment of a stash pocket, giving you secure, customizable storage for smaller essentials. Ergonomically designed S-straps form the shoulder harness, complemented by a removable and adjustable sternum strap for a dialed-in fit and long-wear comfort. Padded haul loop for comfort grip. The Node might look compact, but it’s built to haul. The main compartment fits one large, one medium, and one small ULA Packing Cube—perfectly. 420 ROBIC
Our ULA Robic 420 is the toughest standard fabric we’ve ever seen and the fabric we use to make the packs in our pack line. Highly tear and abrasion-resistant, ULA 420 Robic is reinforced with a ripstop weave, increasing tear strength and stitch holding capabilities. Low stretch, this is the perfect fabric for making backpacks, day packs, duffles, and pouches; that’s why we use it! This 100% Robic Nylon fabric has a 3 pass Teflon DWR (Durable Water Repellent) and a 3 pass PU (Polyurethane) Coating, making it highly water-resistant.
ULTRA
ULTRA™ represents a new paradigm in weight and durability. Constructed with an optimal blend of UHMWPE (Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) and high-tenacity polyester, this tight weave is laminated with an eco-friendly adhesive to Challenge RUV™ film. The result is an incredibly strong, ultralight, and waterproof to 200 PSI textile. ULTRA™ is the ultimate ultralight fabric, with the strength to go the distance in the most demanding environments.
ULTRASTRETCH™
UltraStretch™ is an advanced 4-way stretch mesh woven with the highest quality fibers for performance and longevity. Made from a woven blend of Nylon 6-6, Lycra®, and Ultra-PE and coated with C0 DWR.
