The 36L Dragonfly 0526 — Vintage Waxed
The Bespoke 0526 36L Dragonfly is a reinterpretation of a modern travel-to-trail classic, designed for seamless movement between urban and wilderness environments. Built on the beloved Dragonfly silhouette, this pack incorporates a consistent tonal system of wolf greys and restrained greens to reimagine the Dragonfly through an alpine studio lens.
Constructed from Halley Stevensons P400 waxed canvas in the color fieldbean, 0526 has a lived-in, field-tested quality from first wear. The waxed canvas will soften and develop a natural patina over time, recording your adventures rather than resisting them. A full-grain brown leather bottom panel was chosen to visually ground the design and reinforce high-contact zones.
External gray Venom mesh bottle pockets expand carry capacity without adding bulk, while a front pleated wax canvas zippered pocket provides quick-access storage with light expansion for daily use. The quick-access top pocket is ideal for essentials you want secure yet within reach and internally acts to hide the AirTag holder.
The rear-access suspended laptop compartment fits a 16″ laptop (or can be used as a hydration bladder holder on the trail). An integrated AirTag holder is discreetly positioned within the main compartment for added security during transit.
The interior is fully lined with ECOPAK EPX 400D in wolf gray, giving the pack added structure and keeping your clothes and tech from contacting the waxed canvas. Organization is deliberate, not excessive. A Venom mesh interior tablet/book pocket provides secure storage against the back panel. Dual interior mesh front-panel compartments (one open mesh and one solid Venom mesh) provide separation for smaller essentials.
The carry system is customizable with your choice of S-strap or J-strap shoulder straps with grey spacer mesh and wolf grey webbing. For load flexibility, optional hipbelt compatibility is maintained through fixed 1” anchor points. A short padded haul loop ensures comfort during overhead lifts and travel transitions. The luggage pass-thru and front shock cord system have been deliberately omitted from this build, making it more carry-on-forward than ever.
We spent months patiently collecting the right components (Ranger Green zipper sliders to Olive sterling cord pulls, wolf grey binding, and tonal hardware) to create a pack that was color-cohesive. Branding remains optional, reinforcing our philosophy of quiet utility over loud logos.
This is not an overbuilt pack. It is considered one — designed for travel, transition, and terrain, where utility meets restraint, and every material and component has earned its place.

The Model
The 36L Dragonfly has landed, so you can pack more into your adventure. Designed as a travel/day (and beyond) pack, it’s built to handle whatever life (or an over-zealous baggage handler) can throw at it.
Front-loading, the 36L Dragonfly is quick to pack, so you can be out the door in a flash.
Several intentionally placed organizational pockets help keep you sane in a hectic world. The quick-access top pocket is ideal for essentials you want secure yet within reach—like your keys, wallet, or passport. The front panel features two internal zippered mesh compartments: one in durable Venom™ stretch mesh and one in open mesh for clear visibility. An external zippered dump pocket provides flexible, quick access storage. Two large exterior Venom™ stretch mesh side pockets easily fit 64 oz. bottles.
The suspended, rear-access laptop compartment fits up to a 16-inch laptop, and can function as a hydration sleeve when the trail calls. Positioned against the back panel, an internal mesh sleeve can hold a tablet or documents and offers protection without taking up too much space.
Signature S-strap shoulder straps and a sternum strap provide all-day comfort. For heavier carries, we’ve included low-profile 1″ fixed attachment loops behind the lower shoulder strap anchors, allowing compatibility with our removable 1″ hipbelt. A low padded haul loop ensures a comfortable grip even at max loads. YKK® zippers throughout. An integrated AirTag holder discreetly positioned inside adds peace of mind while traveling. This build does not have a luggage pass-thru or front shock cord system.
From airplane to mountaintop—and every planned and unplanned stop in between—the 36L Dragonfly is ready to roam with you.

The Fabrics
Halley Stevensons P400 Waxed Canvas
For the 36L Dragonfly 0526, we selected P400 Alchemy Waxed Canvas from Halley Stevensons of Scotland for its durability, weather resistance, and ability to evolve with use.
Halley Stevensons has been developing technical waxed cottons since 1864 for maritime, military, and industrial applications. Their textiles combine heritage manufacturing with modern performance, producing fabrics that are durable, built to last, and develop character with age.
P400 Alchemy is a tightly woven, 100% BCI cotton canvas. A unique blend of Wax C4X and soft waxes provides a slightly firm, warm handle. This finish offers improved durability and weatherproofing.
True to the Bespoke Series philosophy of intentional design, this fabric creates a pack that improves with age. In contrast to synthetic materials, which remain visually static, P400 Alchemy records movement, travel, and wear…softening, darkening, and becoming more personal with use.

Challenge Outdoor EPX EcoPak™
The 36L Dragonfly 0526 is fully lined with EPX EcoPak™ fabrics by Challenge Outdoor. This innovative technical laminate is the world’s only durable, waterproof fabric made from 100% recycled polyester fiber and film.
In addition to upcycling twenty plastic water bottles per yard, EcoPak’s C0 DWR finish contains no fluorocarbons.
EPX 400
EXP 400 was chosen for the exterior, as it has nearly twice the abrasion resistance of a 420d nylon.
Constructed with a 400D face, 45° Blue CrossPly, and 70d ripstop backing, this fabric has a tear strength of 45.7 lbs on the warp, and 42.9 lbs on the fill. It is abrassion resistant to 3,000 cycles.

Venom™ Stretch Mesh
Venom™ Stretch Mesh was chosen for its balance of utility and form. Lightweight yet rugged, the expanded 5×5 UHMWPE grid increases elasticity for smoother access and improved adaptability without sacrificing structure. Built on a 100% recycled nylon base and finished with a PFC-free C0 DWR, it reflects a commitment to sustainability and reduced environmental impact.
In the Bespoke 0226, we used Black Venom™ to create functional pockets that integrate seamlessly into the Midnight Black exterior and create a dramatic contrast with the vibrant red interior.
