All Ultralight Adventure Equipment products are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If an ULA product does happen to fail due to manufacturing defects, ULA-Equipment will replace or repair the product free of charge at our discretion. Necessary repairs due to improper use, unfortunate accidents, or general wear and tear, will be charged on a materials and time-spent basis. All packs returned for warranty issues MUST be recently cleaned.

Please keep in mind that ULA products are lightweight for a reason - the use of ultralight and lightweight materials carries a certain degree of responsibility by the user!

We would be lying if we said Ultralight Adventure Equipment is as durable as traditional weight equipment, it isn't. However, if treated accordingly, ULA-Equipment will last a lifetime. Backpacking is a dangerous activity, and ULA-Equipment is in no way responsible for any accidents that may occur while using our product. Use good judgment at all times --- if you are hungry, EAT. If you are thirsty, DRINK. If you are not having fun, do something ELSE.

RETURN POLICY:

All packs are returnable if the product does not meet your needs. It does no good for either of us to have you using a pack you do not like. Packs will ONLY be accepted if they are returned in a new, unused condition. Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded when your payment is reinmbursed.

The Helix Potty Trowel and Axis Crampons are not returnable under any circumstances, although they are warrantied for craftsmanship.
