DESCRIPTION

The Ultra Node is a compact yet fully featured pack designed for professionals and outdoor enthusiasts who demand high functionality in a minimal design. Its exterior features pleated UltraStretch mesh side pockets and front kangaroo pocket for flexible, easy-access storage. Side and front pockets have laser cut drain ports to keep your gear dry. A roll-top closure secures the main compartment with a buckled compression strap and integrated strap keeper. The front zippered quick-access pocket not only features a zipper garage to protect your belongings and prevent snagging, but also includes a key lanyard on the inside. The Ultra Node is compatible with the Packrat + Dragonfly Hipbelt for enhanced load stability.

Inside, the Ultra Node is built for clean, modular organization. It includes three internal pocket sleeves: a static padded laptop sleeve, a main compartment sleeve made from durable 210D UltraGrid fabric, and an UltraStretch mesh sleeve for dynamic storage. Interior tabs allow for a stash pocket to be attached, giving you optional secure storage for smaller items. The pack utilizes our ergonomic S-straps for comfortable carry, along with a removable and adjustable sternum strap to dial in fit for active use. Padded haul loop for comfort grip. The Node might look compact, but it’s built to haul. The main compartment fits one large, one medium, and one small ULA Packing Cube—perfectly. Whether you're organizing tech, daily essentials, or a quick overnight kit, it adapts to your carry needs without bulk.

Constructed with Ultra 400X, this version of the Node weighs 572 grams (20.17 ounces). Ultra 400X is 20% lighter, with four times the abrasion resistance of other 400d U-PE fabrics. Constructed with a 400d face Ultra-PE blended with high-tenacity polyester, Ultra-PE CrossPly, and a 0.75 mil film backing, this fabric is built for years of rugged use. The Node in Ultra 400X is equally at home under airline seats or on technical day hikes, delivering professional-grade performance wherever you take it.

ULTRA

ULTRA™ represents a new paradigm in weight and durability. Constructed with an optimal blend of UHMWPE (Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) and high-tenacity polyester, this tight weave is laminated with an eco-friendly adhesive to Challenge RUV™ film. The result is an incredibly strong, ultralight, and waterproof to 200 PSI textile. ULTRA™ is the ultimate ultralight fabric, with the strength to go the distance in the most demanding environments.

Ultra 400X is 20% lighter, with four times the abrasion resistance of other 400d U-PE fabrics. Constructed with a 400d face Ultra-PE blended with high-tenacity polyester, Ultra-PE CrossPly, and a 0.75 mil film backing, this fabric is built for years of rugged use.
