Meet the Camino 2, the most versatile panel loader on the market today. Designed to meet most airline carry-on specs, the Camino 2 measures 22 x 14 x 9 with the extension collar rolled down. It may be compact, but it’s still large enough to easily fit all your gear for an extended hike — heck, it will even fit a bear canister!
Made of 100% 400 Denier Robic fabric with dual aluminum stays, the Camino 2 is tough enough to survive even the most aggressive baggage handler, and yet it weighs in at only 52 OZ! NOTE: Original Green, Black, Red, Orange and Purple Blaze packs are sewn with our ULA 400 Robic Fabric, the toughest stuff ounce for ounce we’ve ever seen. The Multicam Camo pack is sewn with 500 Cordura Fabric. The Cordura is not quite as tear resistant and a little heavier than the Robic, adding an extra 2 OZ to the total pack weight.
How awesome is the Camino 2? We’ll let Allen from Mississippi handle that question:
“I received my new Camino pack in purple blaze, and I am stoked! What a great job you did in the redesign!! I love my original Camino, but the new one is much better. As you promised, the new roll top added the extra space I needed for a full Winter pack. Perfect!! I also purchased a **INSERT COMPETITORS PACK** for comparison but will be returning it. The new Camino beats it “hands down”! I love the zippered front panel because I can access gear in the middle and bottom of the pack without unloading everything from the top. I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t consider your new Camino pack….you hit a home run!” — Allen from Mississippi
